Brainstorm a lifechange

Steps

Step 1: Take a pen, a notebook or use a recorder

Step 2: Relax, close your eyes and do a meditation session of your choice for at least 5 mins  in order to clear your mind

Step 3: Ask yourself: what is the one thing that I always wanted to do and I never did?

Step 4: Write it all down, record it. Don't be afraid, don't be frustrated, don't be stopped by thoughts of money, age or even physical laws.

Step 6: Make a list of times, memories and situations in which you felt confident at something or when you felt you were doing what was right for you

Step 7: Make a list of things that you always wanted to do

Step 8: Make a list of things that you don’t feel as confident or good at but would love to be

Step 9: Make a list of things people tell you are good at

Step 10: Take a break 

Step 11: Close your eyes and do a meditation session of your choice for at least 5 minutes to clear your mind.

Step 12: Read each item and highlight the ones that produce the strongest feelings in you. Any feelings, anxiety, joy, excitement, fear, etc.

Step 13: Pick two items, the one that caused you the most joy and the one that caused you the most aversion/fear/anxiety/Annoyance

Step 14: Think of a simple action that takes you in the direction of that item. Something that you can  do right now or in a matter of no longer than a week

Step 15: Do it

Step 16: Go back to step 14, think of two other actions that keep on taking you towards that direction

Step 17: Do it
