Steps

Find an opportunity with your team or person who you are guiding. It can be when you are teaching them something new or the continuation of a project you are mentoring.

Make the vow of not correcting this person for a few minutes, an hour or until seeing the outcome depending on the situation and how much risk you are willing to take

Observe how they find their way, let them fail, use "what do you suggest?" instead of "I would do it this way".

Take note of how the person approached the situation.

After seeing the outcome, note if this was your expected outcome. If not, how was it different? Provide appropriate feedback
